Checking requirements

Before creating content, be sure to read through the "Content Requirements" section on the deal page. Drafts that do not align with the deal requirements will be rejected.

Tip: Don't forget to add the brand's promotional link to your video description!

Submitting drafts

Script Drafts

Before submitting a video draft, we ask that you complete an initial script draft to avoid major revisions later. To submit a script draft, simply upload it as a Google Doc link — be sure to set it to Public in Share settings.

Your script may be approved as is or returned with feedback. No revised submission is needed; simply follow the feedback when creating your video.

For YouTube campaign, the first video draft is due 12 days after script approval.

Video Drafts

Once you've completed your video draft, upload it via the "Submit draft" button on the deal page.

To ensure your video can be reviewed properly, upload it to YouTube and set it to "Unlisted".

  • Step 1: Upload your video in YouTube Studio

  • Step 2: Set visibility to “Unlisted”

Receiving feedback

Once you submit your video draft, the Aha Creator team and brand will review it according to content requirements and provide you feedback within 48 hours. You must revise and submit a new version by the deadline.

Revising content

There are three draft deadlines — take note!

YouTube Campaign:

First video draft

12 days after script approval

Second video draft

5 days after first feedback round

Final video draft

5 days after second feedback round

Instagram/TikTok/Twitter Campaign:

First video draft

7 days after script approval

Second video draft

3 days after first feedback round

Final video draft

3 days after second feedback round

Note that if your third video draft isn’t approved, your collaboration with Aha Creator will be terminated as per the Creator Agreement.
